A 25-year-old was killed while riding his bicycle in Cypress Hills early Thursday morning.

According to police, the death is being investigated as a possible hit-and-run. They say the young man was riding down Cypress Hills Street at around 2 a.m. when he either fell off his bike or was hit by a car.

Officials say he was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
