Parks Foundation makes push to keep seniors fit

The city Parks Foundation is making a push to help senior citizens stay fit this fall.

Brooklyn residents age 60 and older can attend free tennis lessons on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Marine Park courts on Avenue S and East 32nd Street.

For yoga classes, both the nature center at Avenue U and East 32nd Street, and Atlantic Commons at South Oxford Park, will hold classes on Mondays and Wednesdays.

The citywide program runs until Nov. 2.
