A Brooklyn company is putting a healthy spin on the potato chip and baking its way into the stomachs of even the biggest junk food lovers.
New York Naturals in Prospect Heights smothers kale with a variety of ingredients, including basil, sunflowers and cashews. The leafy green is loaded with iron and Vitamin D.
The kale chips come in four flavors and are being sold at more than 150 stores across the country.
