Kittens rescued from abandoned Ditmas Park bar

A litter of kittens was rescued after being born in an abandoned bar in Ditmas Park.
Volunteers with the Brooklyn Bridge Animal Welfare Coalition found six kittens and their mother living inside the bar. Two have been adopted, but four others are living with a temporary family in Brooklyn Heights.
The young felines have been named after their birthplace. Johnny Walker, Brandy, Sherry and Stella are all waiting for permanent homes.
