Police say the man wanted for allegedly exposing himself on a Brooklyn train has turned himself in. Investigators say on July 18, Angel Pagan exposed himself and then rubbed up against a woman's hand.

Investigators say on July 18, Angel Pagan exposed himself and then rubbed up against a woman's hand.
The incident occurred as she was boarding the A train at the Nostrand Avenue station, authorities say.
