A Brooklyn teacher was fined today, accused of selling soap to his students in exchange for prizes and ?no homework passes,? according to the city's conflict of interest board.

Students say that Marlon Scanterbury, who teaches sixth grade at P.S. 66, has been selling homemade soap in school since last year for $3 or $4 apiece. In exchange, the students received keys which could be exchanged for homework passes or other prizes.

Scanterbury was fined $4,000 for his actions but has not been fired, according to students.
