A workshop was held in Brooklyn today to help residents navigate changes to Medicare. Participants got a crash course in the decades old program at today's "Medicare 101" workshop at Woodhull Medical Center. Federal health officials answered questions and taught patients about services available to low-income people. This was the second medicare workshop officials have held in Brooklyn. There will be a third one Oct. 26 at Coney Island Hospital.
