New study puts fast food speed to the test
A new drive-thru study has put the speed of fast food joints to the test.
According to QSR Magazine, Wendy's ranked No. 1 for shaving off seconds to improve its drive-thru time to an average of 129.75 seconds. Burger King came in last place, lagging with an average of 201.3 seconds.
The magazine looked into drive-thru times, accuracy and customer service performances at major fast food chains.
