First 'green' library opens in Brooklyn

The Kensington neighborhood got more than just a library today when the Kensington Public Library opened its doors for the first time.

The library is a first-of-its-kind "green" library in Brooklyn.

It was constructed with renewable resources and it features self-adjusting lights with lots of widows to reduce energy consumption.
