14-year-old beaten by group of boys in Fort Greene

A mother is demanding justice after her 14-year-old son was attacked by a group of teenagers Tuesday night.
Dahlia Espada joined community activist Tony Herbert to address the media after her son was attacked by six other teenage boys in Fort Greene.
Espada says that her son was walking to a nearby C train when he was attacked from behind. She says that he was badly bruised and taken to the hospital, but was soon released.
Espada and Herbert say that they are confident that whoever is responsible for the attack will be caught because there are surveillance cameras surrounding the area where it took place.
A similar incident took place in a Flatbush McDonald's restaurant when a 15-year-old was assaulted by six other girls. All those teenagers are in police custody.
