Police say a 24-year-old man was fatally shot Thursday in East New York.
The victim was shot in the head at 388 Shepherd Ave. around 2 p.m., police say. He was pronounced dead shortly after at Brookdale Hospital.
The alleged shooter wore a green sweatshirt over a red and yellow shirt with black pants, police say. He fled on foot.
Police say no arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
