An NYPD detective is accused of stealing $3,000 from a Bedford-Stuyvesant deli during an illegal cigarettes raid.

Surveillance video shows two plainclothes detectives entering the Yemen Deli and Grocery store on Marcus Garvey Boulevard Friday night. The detectives arrested two workers for allegedly selling loose cigarettes.

The video then appears to show the person identified by investigators as Detective Ian Cyrus find a box filled with $3,000 in cash and place it in a bag before leaving.

When store manager Ali Abdullah first noticed the cash was gone, he assumed an employee took it. Abdullah says he checked his store's cameras and couldn't believe what he saw.

Police say Detective Cyrus has been suspended and is being investigated by the Internal Affairs Bureau.

They also say Sgt. Fritz Glemaud, who was heading the illegal cigarettes raid, has been placed on modified duty.
