The chief operating officer of one of the metropolitan area's leading developers is moonlighting as a renaissance man.
Forest City Ratner COO David Berliner says his true passion is public art.
Berliner created a program pairing the work of local artists with highly visible locations.
The Forest City Ratner Co. owns buildings like the Barclays Center and the Metrotech Commons.
New displays are installed throughout the year at both locations.
