2 Brooklyn men charged in Manhattan shooting incident

Two Brooklyn men have been charged in connection with an incident at a Manhattan wedding bash where a gun was discharged, police say.
Officers responded to a call about a person who was shot at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, located at 301 Park Ave. at around 7:20 p.m. Police arrived on the scene to find four people with minor wounds.
Two victims were treated and released from St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital.
The other two victims were treated and released from Bellevue Hospital. One of the victims, 55-year-old Maya Raefailovich, is from Brighton Beach. She was enjoying the reception when she was grazed by a bullet near her forehead. She was taken away on a stretcher.
According to police, a 42-year-old man had a 9mm Ruger handgun in his front pocket when it discharged in the lobby, striking the floor and sending shrapnel and fragments into the air. They say the gun was recovered from another location.
Two men from Brooklyn were taken into custody after the incident. They have been identified as Vladimir Gotlibovsky, 42, and Felix Gotlibovsky, 51.
The younger Gotlibovsky is charged with tampering with physical evidence, reckless endangerment and assault with criminal negligence. Felix Gotlibovsky is facing charges of criminal possession of a weapon and tampering with physical evidence.
Police say the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
