A Cash for Life ticket bought at the Milky Way Deli in Canarsie last year won $7 million.
The drawing was July 24 of last year, leaving the winner with only two weeks left to claim the money.
The winning numbers were 5, 20, 35, 43 and 48. The cash ball number was 3.
