Bicyclist struck, killed by SUV in Sunset Park

A 72-year-old Brooklyn man was killed Thursday while riding his bike near his home in Sunset Park.
Police say Rigoberto Diaz was making a wide left turn on his bike from 48th Street onto Third Avenue when he was struck by an SUV heading north. They say Diaz was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The driver remained on the scene and was not charged.
