Crown Heights isn't typically considered one of Brooklyn's "it" neighborhoods, but local business owners say that's slowly changing.

Business owners say they've seen an influx of new restaurants and cafes on Nostrand Avenue over the past year, and even a yoga studio.

The diverse food options are attracting tourists from out of town. While some longtime residents say that's a good thing, others worry that their neighbors will be priced out.

"The city, anywhere in the city, it's going to change," says Oscar Diaz Delcastillo, owner of Tinto coffee shop. "For good or for bad or whatever it is. But it's about how businesses react to those changes that's important."
