Homes damaged after Brownsville laundromat fire
Several homes were damaged after a laundromat fire broke out in the Brownsville area of Brooklyn.
Witnesses say the fire began between 6 and 6:30 a.m. in the laundromat and moved up the rest of the building. They say it's the same laundromat that caught fire on Saturday.
The owner of the building next door says officials told her everything was under control, but now several days later, the place is destroyed.
Neighbors say the current owners of the laundromat are the second set of people to own it in the last several years. They say that several fires also happened under the management of the previous owners.
