Brooklyn teen shot, killed in the Bronx

A 19-year-old from Brooklyn was shot and killed Wednesday night in the Bronx.

Police say Sharron Ahmad left his two friends behind in a silver Dodge Charger and walked to Glebe Avenue and Glover Street to meet someone.

Ahmad then stumbled back to the car with a gunshot wound to the torso, his friends say.

He was taken to Jacobi Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Authorities say Ahmad had a criminal record. Police are still searching for the suspect.
