A man fell from the elevated J train platform in Cypress Hills to the street below Friday.
Officials say the man was unconscious when they found him near the intersection of Crescent Street and Jamaica Avenue.
First responders took him to Brookdale Hospital in serious condition.
The incident happened shortly after noon, officials say.
