Fort Greene Park celebrates legacy of Prince
Just over a week after the death of music legend Prince, many gathered in Brooklyn to celebrate his legacy.
The party happened in Fort Greene Park where masses of Prince fans came together to sing and dance along to his musical catalog.
Prince was synonymous with the color purple due to his hit "Purple Rain" and his purple outfits, and those who came out were mostly adorned in the color.
A screening of his 1984 movie "Purple Rain" was also held.
