Officials want property for BK community center

Some Brooklyn officials are calling on the city to purchase a property in Coney Island.



Rep. Mark Treyger and Rep. Pamela Harris were outside of the former Federal Employment and Guidance Service building. They want officials to purchase the property when it goes up for auction on May 5.



Residents are asking the city to create an affordable, multipurpose community center in its place.
