Witnesses: Woman struck by hit-and-run driver on Liberty and Grant avenues in Cypress Hills

Police are looking for a man accused of a hit-and-run that injured a woman in Cypress Hills Tuesday. 
It happened on Liberty and Grant avenues, according to witnesses.
Witnesses at the scene say the woman was struck by a car that just kept going. They say after the woman was struck, a Daily News delivery driver attempted to chase the suspect, but was unable to catch up. 
Witnesses say the woman was conscious and got up on her own after the crash, but suffered injuries to her legs. 
Residents say the intersection is very dangerous. 
The woman's condition was not immediately known.
