Video released of fatal shooting suspect in Brooklyn

Police have released surveillance video of a suspect and getaway car they say were involved in the fatal shooting of a 41-year-old man in Brooklyn.

It happened on April 29 in front of Pennsylvania and Livonia avenues around 10:30 a.m.

Police say 41-year-old Charles Jones was discovered unresponsive with a gunshot wound to his head and body.

Jones later died at the hospital, and police are looking for a man who was dressed as a construction worker and is believed to have shot him, according to officials.

They say the suspect was wearing an orange construction vest with yellow stripes and a white respirator mask over his face.

Police say the suspect was seen driving away from the scene in a dark-colored late model Dodge Caravan.
