2 accused of hitting child with getaway car during wild police chase in Williamsburg

One man is in custody and another is on the run after police say the two tried to use counterfeit money at a store, then hit a child with their car as they lead police on a wild chase through Brooklyn.
It happened Thursday just after 4 p.m. on Rodney Street and Lee Avenue in Williamsburg.
Dash cam video shows the two men driving a black sedan as they try to escape after unsuccessfully using counterfeit money inside a bakery.
The video shows their getaway car driving erratically through the streets, even jumping the curb at a high rate of speed.
Police did not say if the child was injured.
One of the men was eventually cornered and arrested, while the other is still on the run, according to police.
