Muhammad Ali is being remembered in Brooklyn at a site he often visited.
Ali started training at Gleason's Boxing Gym in the Bronx before his fight against Sonny Liston in 1964.
He continued training when the gym moved to Manhattan, and also visited when it moved to Brooklyn.
Gleason's owner, Bruce Silverglade, says Ali made a profound impact on boxing inside and outside of the ring.
"Every time Ali would come up, he would dominate the place," Silverglade says. "He would go around and make sure he said hello to every single person up here."
A funeral for Ali is expected in the boxing legend's hometown of Louisville, Kentucky.
