It happened Wednesday at 463 Berriman St. around 6 a.m.

Police say the 60-year-old victim was grabbed from behind and then dragged into a boiler room where she was repeatedly punched in the face and then raped by a man.

Police say the man is described as wearing maintenance clothing.

The woman was taken to Kings County Hospital where she was listed in stable condition.
