WIADCA president not surprised by alleged NYPD comments

The president of the West Indian American Day Carnival Association (WIADCA) says she isn't surprised by controversial Facebook comments reportedly made by NYPD officers following this year's West Indian Day parade.

According to Yolanda Clarke, she was disappointed by the online postings, which allegedly label parade attendees as animals and savages.

Clarke added that she doesn't believe the harsh remarks reflect the entire police department.
