18-year-old shot and killed on Fulton Street

Family and friends mourned the loss of an 18-year-old Brooklyn man Tuesday after he was shot and left for dead on the street.

Police say Jahal Lee was shot once in the neck near the corner of Fulton Street and Rochester Avenue at around 6:00 p.m. Monday. Officers say the gunman fled the scene.

Lee was rushed to the hospital, but pronounced dead on arrival.

Friends and family say Lee was an integral part of their lives. He was a senior at Boys and Girls High School and friends say he was looking forward to graduating.
