A vacant, heavily damaged Bedford-Stuyvesant building is slated for demolition Tuesday evening, just days after another Brooklyn building crumbled to the ground.

Officials from the Department of Buildings visited neighbors who live on either side of the partically-collpased building at 103 Patchen Ave., telling them they'll have to temporarily vacate their homes in anticipation of the demolition.

News 12 Brooklyn first reported on the Patchen Avenue building last week after debris was seen falling from the structure. However, the local community raised the alarm Tuesday morning after the roof of the building partially collapsed.

The Red Cross will be on the scene Tuesday evening to help relocate all Patchen Avenue residents who do not have a place to go.
