3rd man dies in Brooklyn dispute shooting

(AP) - New York City police say a third man has died ina shooting on a Brooklyn street.
Police say 51-year-old Garth Pascoe, of Brooklyn, died onMonday. He, his son, and another man were shot on Avenue A in EastFlatbush at around 8:10 p.m. Saturday.
Police say 26-year-old Dwayne Pascoe and 38-year-old Lennox M.Lewis died at the scene. They say Pascoe pulled out a .380 caliberfirearm during a dispute with Lewis when Pascoe's 51-year-oldfather intervened.
Police say Lewis pulled out a firearm and shot Pascoe and thefather, who then shot Lewis with his son's gun.
Police did not say what caused the dispute.
