A Sunset Park woman says deplorable conditions at her Sunset Park building have made living there unbearable.

Maria Valencia says she has had to deal with broken windows, roaches and mice for all the time she has lived at 273 23rd St. Valencia says her 6-year-old's asthma was brought on by the horrible living conditions.

The building on 273 23rd St. has 69 violations dating back to the 1990s, none of which have been resolved.
