Police have charged a Brooklyn man in thekilling of a woman whose body was discovered inside a dry cleaners.Police say 22-year-old Jamal Winter is charged with murder androbbery. Kyung-Sook Woo of Flushing was found Friday morning face-downinside a bathroom at Eden Dry Cleaners and Tailoring shop in theWindsor Terrace neighborhood. Her car was missing. Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly says there was dried blood atthe scene. But the cause of death for the woman, who was in her40s, has not yet been determined.
