The family of 18-year-old Kyle Owens, who was found bleeding in a school hallway, plans to sue the Department of Education, claiming there wasn?t enough security in the building. The school was placed on lockdown following the attack.

Police arrested a 16-year-old in connection with the stabbing. He was in court Friday along with Owens? aunt, who claims the suspect?s bail was set too low.
