Students, teachers and elected officials in Bushwick called for the ouster of Acorn High School for Social Justice's principal Thursday.

Protesters said they are outraged over the school's recent F grade from the Department of Education. Students claim they have old textbooks and some said they don't feel prepared for college.

Recent findings appear to bolster the call for Principal Joe Parker's resignation. According to a study, not one student out of Acorn's 47-member class of 2006 planned to attend college. Only 37 percent of the students earned a Regents diploma. The school is also overcrowded at 119 percent.

DOE officials admit Paker's departure is possible. The school could close and reopen with a new name and new staff.
