Flatbush residents, cops to meet over crime spree

Flatbush residents plan to voice their safety concerns about a crime spree at a meeting Tuesday with the 63rd Precinct.

Residents say at least 10 home invasions occurred over the summer, one stabbing and multiple physical assaults. They say they don't feel safe in their homes or on the street.

Homeowners say they want to see the police presence stepped up, and police say they welcome any suggestions.

Police say two arrests were recently made in connection to an attempted break-in.
