Police are searching for a gunman after they say a man was shot and killed in front of a Bronx 99-cent store.
Authorities say the 24-year-old victim was hit in the head and back on Hoe Avenue near 163rd Street at around 7 p.m. Monday.
According to sources, the victim had a gun in his pocket and has a long history of prior arrests.
