BX man pleads not guilty in shooting near Columbia University
A Bronx man has pleaded not guilty to murder charges in a fatal triple shooting near Columbia University in Manhattan.
Roberto Nunez is accused of shooting three men at point-blank range on June 7. The 30-year-old was arrested 16 days after the victims' bodies were found in a parked car.
According to a court document released Tuesday, Nunez told a detective that he'd seen himself on TV and planned to surrender.
