Store owner tries to rebuild after fatal car crash

Workers today spent most of the afternoon securing a massive hole in the structure of the Clark and Sons Signage Company in the aftermath of the fatal car crash on Thursday night.
The owner of the Clark and Sons Signage Company, Juan Clark, is currently waiting for city asbestos workers to give him the all clear to start removing the rubble. He says his main goal is to get his seven employees back to work, but that the city's red tape is making it hard.
Clark hopes to reopen his business in a week. In the meantime, he is taking calls through his cell phone to continue to serve customers during the cleanup.
The majority of tenants who were vacated from the building are now back in their apartments. A vacate order still stands for the first two stories of the building.
