Bronx landlord dubbed worst in NYC
Three Bronx buildings have been tapped as having the worst landlord in New York City.
According to a new report released by Public Advocate Bill de Blasio, tenants at 12-59, 12-65 and 12-69 College Ave. have been plagued by rats, rodents and other hazardous living conditions.
The buildings' manager, College Management, has yet to comment on the findings.
More than half of the tenants in each of the three buildings will be in housing court on Tuesday. They plan to ask a judge to appoint an independent party to collect rent on behalf of tenants so repairs can be made.
