City farmer's markets are now offering food stamp recipients the chance to earn money by spending money.
For every $5 spent on their Electronic Benefit Transfer cards, recipients can earn 'health bucks' that can be used at all 135 farmer's markets throughout the city.
Health bucks will allow recipients to purchase fresh produce at a discounted rate.
