Police say they believe they've identified a man accused of robbing people using a hypodermic needle. Authorities say 39-year-old Angel Anthony Cintron may be responsible for eight different robberies in The Bronx. In each case, they say he approached his victims and threatened them with a needle before taking their belongings. He is described as having tattoos on both sides of his neck.
