The driver behind the wheel of a tour bus that crashed on I-95 in The Bronx, killing 15 people, was back in court Tuesday.

Both the prosecution and defense exchanged witness testimony and pieces of evidence that are expected to make their way into the trial against Ophadell Williams, who faces 15 counts of second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.

Federal investigators say Williams, of Brooklyn, was fatigued and lied about how much sleep he had in the days prior to the March 2011 accident.

Assistant District Attorney Gary Weil says he plans on calling a dozen crash survivors to testify on Williams' level of sleepiness.

Williams did appear alongside his attorney for the hearing, but is still being held on $250,000 bail. Jury selection for the trial is expected to begin on Thursday.
