Three suspects in September's fatal Bodega armed robbery faced a judge today at the Bronx Criminal Courthouse today.

Christopher Dorsey, 17, Orlando Ramos, 31, and Ernesto Delgado, 28 pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder charges in the death of Reynaldo Cuevas.

Police say the suspects held Cuevas at gunpoint while they robbed the store at 169th Street and Franklin Avenue on Sept. 7. Cuevas was able to flee but was accidentally shot and killed by a police officer responding to the robbery.
