Suspected killer of BK dad, Nassau cop charged with murder

The man accused of killing a Brooklyn father of four and a Nassau County officer has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
According to police, 33-year-old ex-convict Darrell Fuller shot and killed officer Arthur Lopez during a traffic stop on the Queens-Long Island border Tuesday morning. They say he then shot innocent bystander Raymond Facey, of East New York, in the head and stole his car.
Fuller was walked out of a Nassau precinct wearing a bullet-proof vest after his arraignment. Authorities say he was out on parole after serving time for attempted murder and now faces a possible life sentence.
