Basketball teams from the Big East came together for media day at the New York Athletic Club Wednesday.

Louisville was the unanimous No. 1 pick out of 15 teams to win the conference in the preseason coaches' poll.

Saint John's University was picked at No. 10 in the poll. The young team is coming off a 13-19 season and will have Coach Steve Lavin back on the sidelines after recovering from prostate cancer surgery.
