Jets player awards JFK High with $125,000
A New York Jets player made a special visit to JFK High School in The Bronx Tuesday, and he came bearing gifts.
Fullback John Conner teamed with the PSAL to award the school with a $125,000 check. The school will use the money to buy upgrades for its sports teams, including new helmets and other equipment.
The funds will also be used to support JFK's first-ever PSAL female flag football team, and the boys middle school flag football team.
