WBO champ sets her sights on another championship
The WBO champ has set her sights on winning another championship come Saturday night.
Amanda Serrano is a four-time world champion who will be going for the WBO bantamweight title Saturday. The Bushwick fighter is confident that she will be become the champ for a fifth time.
With a record of 31 wins and 1 loss, Serrano has some bragging rights. She is confident but not arrogant.
"I felt strong in training, strong as I've been in years," Serrano says. "I'm just excited. I can just taste the victory."
If Serrano wins, she will be the first female fighter to win a championship at five different weight classes. She hopes to pave the way for future female fighters.
