A peaceful protest was held in Williamsburg Saturday from residents frustrated with the recent spike in violence.
The group stopped outside the Borinquen--Williamsburg and Bushwick houses hoping to spread peace.
Elected officials and NYPD officers were on hand vowing to work in collaboration to find a resolution.
The protesters will be holding a meeting with elected officials to see how they can continue working together to stop violence.
