MTA announces N line services changes

Coney Island-bound N trains will not stop at the Fort Hamilton Parkway station and several others Monday, the MTA announced.
Trains will not stop at the New Utrecht Avenue, 18th Avenue, 20th Avenue, Kings Highway, Avenue A and 86th Street stations, according to the MTA.
The change in service is due to construction work on the Coney Island-bound platforms along the Sea Beach Line.
MTA officials say the halt in service is necessary for uninterrupted access needed to complete the work.
Some trains are still accessible from other stations; the Coney Island-bound N train is available at Bay Parkway and 8th Avenue, and the Manhattan-bound N train will make all stops to 59th Street.
The construction is expected to be complete by fall 2018.
